Coaching Programmes 1-2-1
We have carefully put together our coaching programmes working with the number of sessions and the duration of each session. By working in this manner, we can offer a transparent pricing policy for our programmes without fear of additional or hidden costs. This allows organisations to budget financially with our flexible payment options allocating the correct time accordingly. We fully recognise the importance of businesses managing cashflow as well as qualifying and quantifying investment.
Coaching, mentoring, and consulting is a very personal and empowering experience which is why every session we conduct is bespoke to the organisation, team, group or individual. Time is one thing, content and context is another.
To make sure you have the best experience, it is key that you work with the right person suited to your wants and needs. It is especially important for you to be clear in the support you require making sure the best possible experience and outcome is achieved.
Coaching, mentoring, and consulting can quite easily get mixed up. There are many ways to use coaching and whilst the principals are the same there are some subtle differences between directive and non-directive coaching. The most successful coaching partnerships begin with a client who has a clear idea of what they want to accomplish and is open to collaboration and new perspectives.
Coaching programmes can be tailored to work onsite, offsite, through skype, via telephone with e-mail support.

Operational Performance Review (OPR)
An operational performance review is a review of an organisation’s operations, this could also be described as operational due diligence. We spend 80% of time onsite conducting ethnographical research reviewing people, assets, resources along with the working culture and environment. An OPR is conducted over an agreed period typically with access to most, or all areas. Our goal is to help companies understand what is happening naturally in the setting from an unbiased and non-emotional perspective. Our position is not to deliver a right or wrong verdict, but to furnish you with great and useful information helping you make better and more informed decisions. We cover up to 12 business areas and over 400 topics seeking to give you an in-depth overview of your organisation. An OPR can be conducted for a whole business or for a single department, location, or brand. An OPR is ideally introduced pre or post acquisition supporting outgoing or incoming owners along with new management teams. It can also be conducted inline with company audits. We use a number of professional tools and techniques to obtain the best results.
All OPR information is recorded and presented anonymously.
Clarity of business functionality
Clarity of capacity, capability, knowledge, and desire
Increase or decrease of sale/purchase price
Accurate decisions for strategic investment (people, assets, and resources)
Business Improvement Review (BIR)
A business improvement review is the next step on from an operational performance review. The key difference being, we execute a clear action plan which engages with all company stakeholders. At the end of the review we will give you a report with our recommended areas for improvement based on the information gathered. Techniques used in the OPR are also used in the BIR, but there is a focus on all key business areas and its core business functions. A blend between art and science is used typically including objective setting, ethnographic research, stakeholder surveys, stakeholder meetings, regular updates, financial reviews, senior team meetings and people profiling. If you want to grow your business, you must do it inline with the development of your people. A BIR can be conducted on an entire business, a single department, location, or brand. A BIR is ideally introduced when an organisation is seeking change, business growth, improvement in strategies, new management, new markets, and much more
All BIR information is recorded and presented anonymously.
Clear understanding of business improvement recommendations
Strategy for business growth and improvement
Correct allocation of investment
Competitive advantage over competitors
Improved culture and working environment
